This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. **Late Cancellations**: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a ADDITIONAL fee of $25 will be charged ON TOP of deposit. **No-Shows**: - If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide ANY notice, a ADDITIONAL fee of $50 will be charged ON TOP of your deposit. **Late Arrivals**: - If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment.
